Happy Birthday to Me

Today is my birthday so I took the day off and went outside on this sunny day to do some sketching at the local nature center. One of these is a doctored printout of a picture of my grandfather and my nephew.

A couple more. These were meant to be for paint to be applied but Gretchen suggested that I may want to post them as line drawings first. I wonder why?. I kinda enjoyed drawing these flowers. I didn't worry too much about drawing from life. I just took whatever I wanted from the vase and put them wherever I wanted.
